In order to provide a decent level of care, therapists has access to your treatment notes in order to maintain consistency. We will retain your personal data on our online system, Setmore. This program stores your contact details and appointment history. Bank details for reoccurring payments are stored on an encrypted site, Stripe. This method of payment is used for standing orders on gym memberships and booking appointments online.

Online marketing details are stored with Mailchimp; for which we only require your name, email address and interests. You will be asked if you would like to opt-in for our mailing list, or signup yourself via our website or facebook.

We keep contact form entries for up to 6 months to enable better customer service. Analytics records are set to expire at 26 months to enable us to see data regarding visits to our website and compare it to the previous year. Customer purchase records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes and customer service records.

If you have made an enquiry over this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
